I visited Sri Sri Holistic for a consultation with Dr. Sai, a general physician. After the physical examination, the doctor recommended CBP and CRP tests, which are standard and basic investigations. I would like to share my experience, covering three aspects: Cost, Time, and Staff Response.


1. Cost:


The cost of these two tests at MedPlus is ₹235 (screenshot attached for reference). I chose Sri Sri Holistic Diagnostics because I expected timely reports that would be easily accessible to the doctor/team. Unfortunately, this decision turned out to be a mistake.


2. Time:


I provided my samples at 6:45 PM and was informed the reports would take about an hour.


I waited at the hospital from 6:45 PM to 8:45 PM. During sample collection, I was told the reports would take a maximum of two hours.


However, despite repeated follow-ups, I was informed at both 7:45 PM and 8:45 PM that the reports would take “one more hour.”


Dr. Sai was waiting to review the reports and write my prescription but eventually had to leave due to the delay.


3. Staff Response:


The lab staff responded dismissively when I followed up for updates.


When I called 44108108 (as advised), it connected to a call center, and the agent stated my mobile number and MR number were not found in the system. This reflects poor record-keeping.


The call center provided me with the cell number of the receptionist at the Nizampet facility. When I contacted them, I was told the reports would be available by 9:30 PM, but it is now almost 10:00 PM, and the receptionist is no longer answering the phone.


Questions and Feedback:


1. Do you have a dedicated feedback mechanism or helpline for addressing such issues?


2. How can the system fail to retrieve my records when I provided all necessary details?


3. What steps will be taken to ensure better coordination between staff, timely report generation, and accurate communication?


This experience was highly unprofessional and frustrating. While I respect the expertise and kindness of your doctors, the inefficiency and unprofessionalism of the support staff make it difficult to trust the services. Unfortunately, I am unlikely to visit this facility again.
